Havana, Mar 8 (RHC) Delegations from the government of Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People's Army (FARC-EP), resumed peace talks Tuesday in Havana with old and new items on their agenda.
Both, the executive and FARC-EP, are optimistic about the possibility of achieving at least partial agreements in the coming weeks.
