La Paz, April 20 (RHC)-- Bolivian President Evo Morales has flown to New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly’s debate on drug trafficking, where he will expose the failure of the so-called anti-drug strategy of the United States.

The Bolivian Head of State will also demand the end of banking policies to keep investments secret, which favor the free movement of funds accrued by drug traffickers, most of whom live in highly developed nations, including the United States.

At the United Nations, President Evo Morales will address his government's efforts in the war against drugs, and point to the successes achieved by Bolivia since the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, the DEA, was expelled from the country eight years ago.
