Havana, May 14 (RHC)—Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez is beginning a tour of Europe.
Rodriguez is expected to participate in the first Joint Cuba-European Union Council, which will meet in Brussels on Tuesday. On Wednesday, he will be in Geneva to present the island's National Report to the Third Cycle of the Universal Periodic Review of the Human Rights Council.
This is the third time Cuba reports to this mechanism, to provide details about the progress made in the area of human rights over the last five years.
The Cuban Foreign Ministry reported that Bruno Rodríguez will make an official visit to Switzerland on Thursday.
