Pastors for Peace tours Guantánamo, after visiting Santiago de Cuba

Guantánamo, November 22 (RHC)-- The Pastors for Peace Caravan is undertaking a broad program of activities in the eastern province of Guantánamo, where caravanistas will meet with local officials.
 
The group, led by Gail Walker, daughter of Reverend Lucius Walker, founder of the initiative, will visit the neighborhood of Argeo Martínez and meet with members of the Jagüey la Esperanza community project, as well as medical students. 

During their stay, running through November 24th, the caravanistas will visit places of historic, social and cultural interest, including the coastal town of Caimanera which borders the territory illegally occupied by the U.S. Naval Base at Guantanamo.
