Ramos said that this procedure, beginning at six o'clock in the morning on February 24th in each of the 1,549 polling stations of Villa Clara, will be another example of democracy and revolutionary transparency.

He stated that about 987 electoral commissions have already been established and four special polling stations were approved, in the keys of the northern Cuban area of Caibarien; the Arnaldo Milian Hospital, the Mariana Grajales Mother-Child Hospital, in Santa Clara, and the 9 de Abril Hospital in Sagua la Grande.

The location of special polling stations in these facilities will allow construction workers and other tourism staff working in hotels of the northern keys to vote, as well as doctors, nurses and health technicians in hospitals.

Ramos said that the lists with voter data are available for the electorate to review in 2,800 places of the province and their verification will be on February 14th and 15th.
