Havana, March 25 (RHC) The Antenor Firmin Solidarity Brigade from Haiti will arrive in this western Cuban city April 2 as part of a program that will start in the capital Havana on March 30.
The brigade, which was named after Antenor Firming, a famous anthropologist, journalist and politician born in Haiti, will tour places of cultural and economic interest and its members will engage in voluntary work activities in Pinar del Rio, according to officials with the Cuban Friendship Institute.
The activists’ agenda in the westernmost province includes meetings with youth leaders, and members of the Cuban Women’s Federation.
