Havana, September 25 (RHC)--The second meeting on Management Systems for Information and Communication Technologies, SIGESTIC is being held from September 24-27 at the Meliá Marina Hotel, in Varadero. 

The event is sponsored by the Information Technology Company, part of the BioCubaFarma business group, and will deal with essential topics such as the development of IT solutions for strategic decision-making, the Internet of Things, e-government, and Big Data.

The event's delegates are being offered an intense program consisting of panels, case study presentations, poster sessions, and an exhibition fair.

The second International Workshop on challenges and perspectives of cybersecurity, is one of the event's highlights.  It will expose solutions to minimize the vulnerability of web environments to cyber attacks.
