Havana, January 30 (RHC)-- The members of the Council of Ministers arrived in the province of Artemisa on Thursday in a new government visit led by President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez.
It is the third of such visits in January, preceded by the those to Las Tunas and Sancti Spíritus provinces.
These tours seek to connect the province's local strategies to a form of exercise and management of government that is entering its second stage of work.
The first ministerial tour of Artemisa led by Diaz-Canel took place- in October 2018, and it covered economic, social, scientific and academic objectives.
With a population of half a million 500 inhabitants, Artemisa has a significant agricultural area that allows it to produce food to satisfy its demand and support Havana.
