Havana, February 9 (RHC)-- The Vice President of the Republic of Uganda, Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi, is starting an official visit to Cuba this Sunday.
During his stay, the distinguished visitor will hold official talks with his Cuban counterpart, Salvador Valdes Mesa and carry out other activities, the Cubaminrex website reports.
Uganda is a landlocked country in East Africa whose diverse territory includes the Rwenzori Mountains and the immense Lake Victoria.
Its abundant fauna includes chimpanzees and rare birds. The remote Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a famous mountain gorilla sanctuary.
Murchison Falls National Park in the northwest is famous for its wildlife and 43-meter high waterfall.
