Havana, May 13 (RHC)-- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez says: "The U.S. State Department includes Cuba on its spurious list of countries that fail to cooperate in the struggle against terrorism, but it didn't prevent or condemn the terrorist attack" on the Cuban Embassy in Washington, DC on April 30th.
On his Twitter account, Cuba's top diplomat said that the U.S. "conceals its own history of state terrorism against Cuba and impunity of violent groups in the United States."
