Havana, September 27 (RHC)—Cuba reported two more COVID-19 deaths on Sunday, both from the Ciego de Avila, the province showing the highest transmission rate of the island.
Cuba now has a death toll of 122 patients since March.
In the daily media briefing on the disease, the National Director of Epidemiology, Dr. Francisco Duran, also informed that 45 new positive cases were diagnosed in the last 24 hours, for a cumulative of 5427.
30 cases were from Havana and 12 from Ciego de Avila.
All cases were Cubans.
