Havana, November 25 (RHC)-Numerous tributes to the Cuban Revolution leader, Fidel Castro, on the fourth anniversary of his death, were held in various places around the world on Wednesday.

In Venezuela, Executive Vice President Delcy Rodriguez recalled the historical leader's greatness, whom she called a giant. The high official pointed out that the doctrine of life of Comandante Fidel was always homeland and humanity, 'there was not a single word, a single action or gesture of Comandante Fidel Castro that was not driven by a deep love for humanity', she said.

From the Art Center of PDVSA La Estancia, the high official emphasized that the doctrine of life of Comandante Fidel was always fatherland and humanity, 'there was not a single word, a single action or gesture of Comandante Fidel Castro that was not driven by the deep love for humanity.'

In Chile, the Cuban embassy staff and representatives of numerous Cuba- solidarity organizations converged at the monument to the hero José Martí located in the central Santiago neighborhood of Yungai, to remember the transcendence of Fidel Castro's work and thought.

In Rome, Italians and Cubans remembered the late Cuban leader. The Cuban embassy workers in Italy and their families held an emotive meeting at the headquarters of the diplomatic mission and representatives of other entities of the island accredited in that European country.

In Pretoria, South African organizations' representatives honored the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution at the symbolic Freedom Park for his enduring legacy to humanity.

Diplomatic representatives from Cuba and several entities of the island that work in South Africa placed a floral offering on the so-called Wall of Names, where those who fought for freedom and the building of the current South African state are immortalized.

In a privileged place, in that stele, are engraved in stone the names of more than two thousand Cubans who fell in African lands fighting against colonialism and apartheid. This list ends with the name of Fidel.
