Cuban Soberana Plus vaccine arrived in Belarus to support that Eastern European
Havana, 13 Oct (RHC) The Finlay Institute of Vaccines of Cuba (IFV) reported this Wednesday that the Cuban Soberana Plus vaccine arrived in Belarus to support the population of that Eastern European country in the confrontation with COVID-19.
On its Twitter account, the institution added that the regulatory agency of that nation registered the other drug from the largest island of the Antilles, Soberana 02.
The Belarusian Ministry of Health explained that all the vaccines used, regardless of the manufacturer, registered and authorized for use, are highly effective and safe immunobiological drugs.
Last July, several Belarusian institutions and the BioCubaFarma Business Group signed a memorandum of understanding for the scientific-technological development of both parties.
The agreement is to promote mutual exchange in the field of promotion, investment, production, services, and research, in areas and products of interest to the Belarusian and Cuban pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries.
