Havana, Dec 16 (RHC) Cuban Deputy Prime Minister Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz held a meeting with Algeria's Minister of Energy and Mines Mohamed Arab, which reinforces the historic ties of brotherhood and solidarity between the two countries.
The two sides discussed bilateral cooperation and prospects for strengthening areas of mutual interest.
The Cuban embassy in the Algerian capital reported Friday that Cabrisas Ruiz, along with the Minister of Energy and Mines, Vicente de la O Levy, and the delegation accompanying him on his current working visit to the North African nation, arrived at the Safex fairgrounds, venue of the 30th edition of the Algerian Production Fair.
As part of the tour, they visited several pavilions of the main Algerian industrial groups in the sectors of energy, power generation, mining, iron and steel, construction materials, electronics, and household appliance production, among others.
Cabrisas Ruiz began a working visit to Algeria last Tuesday, to strengthen the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two nations. (Source: ACN)
