Havana, Feb 9 (RHC) Vice President of the Republic of Colombia, Francia Márquez Mina arrived Thursday in Havana to begin a two-day official visit, in connection with the 31st International Book Fair, in which her country is the Guest of Honor.

In her Twitter account, Marquez Mina expressed satisfaction for returning to Cuba, this time as vice president, and expressed her affection for the Island and its people.

During her visit, the Colombian Vice President will hold meetings with Cuban authorities and will participate in the largest cultural event in Cuba.

A few years ago, Francia Márquez Mina visited the Caribbean nation, as a member of the victims' table in the peace talks between the Colombian State and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). (Source: ACN)
