Cuban president spoke with American businessmen in New York
Havana, Sept 23 (RHC) Cuban president Miguel Díaz-Canel held a meeting in New York with businessmen from the United States.
In his X account, the president informed that during the dialogue he updated the businessmen on the new business opportunities and the economic transformations in the island. He also appreciated the interest in expanding ties and improving relations between the two States.
In another message, Díaz-Canel mentioned having given an interview to The Nation magazine, one of the oldest American publications, founded in 1865. In the exchange, the president addressed the Cuban reality, relations with the United States and the current complexities facing the world.
The president is in New York City at the head of the Cuban delegation participating in the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly. (Source: ACN)
