Havana, November 13 (RHC) -- Salvador Valdes Mesa, Vice President of Cuba, at the head of a delegation from the largest of the Antilles, begins a 10-day tour of African countries on Monday.
The also member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba will make official visits to Ghana, Guinea Bissau, Rwanda and Ethiopia, reports the Foreign Ministry of the Antillean nation.
As part of the programs foreseen for the tour that will last until November 22, Valdés Mesa will hold meetings with his counterparts and other authorities of those countries.
The official Cuban delegation also includes Tania Margarita Cruz Hernández, first vice-minister of Public Health, and Ángel Villa Hernánde, first vice-minister of Public Health.
