Cuba and Seychelles began diplomatic ties on April 12, 1978

Havana, Jan 30 (RHC) The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism of the Republic of Seychelles, Louis Sylvestre Radegonde, arrived in Cuba to complete an official visit.

As part of the program, the minister will hold official conversations with his Cuban counterpart, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodríguez, and will be received by other authorities of the country.

Cuba and Seychelles maintain close collaboration in the training of human resources, especially in medicine.

The Antillean nation has trained dozens of young people from that group of 115 islands located in the Indian Ocean, since diplomatic ties between both governments began on April 12, 1978. (Source: PL)
