Havana, April 9 (RHC)-- Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel is already at the Central Bank of Honduras, the venue for the IX CELAC Summit.
The presidents are beginning to arrive at the Central Bank of Honduras, where the IX CELAC Summit will meet.
The Cuban head of state is already there, the Cuban Presidency reported on Monday.
