Havana, May 14 (RHC) -– The Minnesota Orchestra arrived Wednesday in Cuba. Their historic five-day trip will make them the first U.S. orchestra to perform in Cuba since the December 17th announcement to re-establish Cuba-U.S. relations.
The Minnesota Orchestra will perform as part of Havana's International Cuba-disco Festival on Friday and Saturday. The orchestra will also be visiting several Cuban music schools while they’re here on the island.
