Havana, May 29 (RHC) -– Cuban Revolution leader Fidel Castro has sent greetings to participants at the International Congress Inventing Democracy of the 21th Century, which opened on Thursday in the Venezuelan capital city of Caracas.
“He's restless, always analyzing and on top of everything,” Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro said of the Cuban leader while reading Fidel Castro's message to those attending the congress.
The delegates to the forum are promoting debate and forwarding proposals that contribute to the construction of new social, economic and cultural paradigms.
