Windhoek, July 4, (RHC), – The Cuban Five will on Saturday tour places of historic interest in the city of Windhoek, capital of Namibia, where they arrived yesterday for a courtesy visit.
As part of their agenda, the five Cuban antiterrorists, Gerardo Hernández, Fernando González, Ramón Labañino, Antonio Guerrero and Rene González, will pay tribute to Namibian independence martyrs and will take part in a solidarity meeting.
Saturday's itinerary also includes visits to the Museum of Independence and to the community of Katutura.
The Cuban Five arrived in Namibia from South Africa, the first leg of an African tour that will also take them to Angola next week.
