Havana, February 2 (RHC-PL) -- More than two thousand delegates from 60 countries will participate in the 10th International Congress on Higher Education 2016, set for February 15th through the 19th.
Organizers said that more than 40 education ministers and deputy ministers have confirmed their attendance.
Organizers said the event's agenda includes a homage to Cuban Revolution leader Fidel Castro, who is celebrating his 90th birthday this year.
