Washington, January 21 (RHC)-- On Monday, the U.S. Senate unanimously confirmed Marco Rubio as the new secretary of state and Trump’s first Cabinet member. He is a rabid anti-Cuba supporter and right-wing ideologue.
Rubio is a staunch supporter of Israel, defending its devastating assault on Gaza during his confirmation hearing last week. He also repeatedly touted his hawkish position toward China, which has imposed sanctions against Rubio.
