Washington, February 12 (RHC)-- In the U.S., a third federal judge has blocked President Donald Trump’s executive order seeking to end birthright citizenship for children of undocumented immigrants living in the U.S.
There are at least nine lawsuits challenging Trump’s order, including one by the ACLU -- the American Civil Liberties Union.
In related news, Trump’s Homeland Security Department is looking to deputize officials with the Internal Revenue Service’s criminal unit and other Treasury Department personnel to assist in federal immigration enforcement.
