According to Brilhante, crises caused by disasters are increasingly frequent and prolonged, hence the importance of coordinating efforts to effectively deal with their consequences.
This activity is part of a project led by the Government of Havana to mitigate the effects of climate events, increase the resilience of the territory, and raise the capacities of the fire department to face these situations.
Likewise, lectures were given as part of the exchange between specialists from the Civil Defense, the Cuban Fire Brigade, and the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism. (Source: PL)
