Meliá's importing company to facilitate operations in Cuba
Havana, July 24 (RHC) The import company Mesol of the Spanish hotel chain Meliá will facilitate the operations of the company's hotels in Cuba, according to an official communiqué.
The text indicates that with the launching of Mesol Gestión Hotelera Turística (under the brand name MESOL), Meliá Hotels International's own importing entity, new facilities will be created for the management of the establishments managed by this Spanish company in the Caribbean Island.
Established at the beginning of this year, it will work with numerous product lines, including food, beverages, artistic, sports, recreational and entertainment media, linen, gastronomic supplies, kitchenware, cleaning items, protection means and supplies related to maintenance and technical services.
In order to plan imports, they work closely with the hotel teams.
The message adds that they also took advantage of the relationships with prestigious and long-standing suppliers with Meliá Hotels International, and alliances were created with new suppliers.
Although Spain is emerging as the main source of imports, MESOL plans to expand its contacts to Caribbean and Latin American countries, treating domestic products as an absolute priority.
MESOL will have a distribution network that includes the nationalization of its products, transportation and storage.
Adequate purchasing and delivery flows will allow the high quality of service that characterizes Meliá Hotels International accommodations in all destinations to be maintained.
