Havana, June 1 (RHC)-- The 13th Latin American Congress on University Expansion began sessions here in Havana, with Cuban and foreign university professors and experts exchanging on cultural promotion within and outside the university.
During the event, which runs through Thursday, Cuban delegates will present more than 140 papers, adding to the 345 papers to be presented by foreign delegates.
The event's program also includes visits to higher education centers in the Cuban capital, which have developed an outstanding cultural work toward training integral, highly competent professionals.
Cuban higher education centers prioritize university expansion activities, aimed at transforming, improving the community and society.
