Port-Au-Prince, February 24 (RHC)-- Haiti's Interim President Jocelerme Privert has thanked the Cuban government and people for their humanitarian work in the sister Caribbean state, according to a report by the Cuban Foreign Ministry.
During a tour of the Haitian department of Nippes, Privert visited the Anse-a-Veau Hospital -- a reference health center -- where he praised the work of 12 Cuban professionals, who are offering their services there.
The Haitian interim president took the opportunity to express his people's gratitude to Cuba for its cooperation in the area of health and several other sectors.
