U.S. supports subversive activities against the Cuban Revolution -- which is the threat of a good example.

Brazil's former President Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva had good reasons to urge the capitalist world to abandon the ideological persecution against Cuba, which gratefully receives the expressions of solidarity.

The active fighter for social justice in his country spoke about it while intervening in a forum recently held.  

We are talking about the Virtual Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba that brought together politicians, intellectuals and trade unionists to demand an end to the U.S. blockade against the Caribbean nation. This was not the only sign of support for our nation in recent days.

The movement Red en Defensa de la Humanidad -- Network in Defense of Humanity -- also spoke out against the U.S. blockade and was signed by more than 3,900 people and representatives of 56 organizations from 34 countries.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stressed that the U.S. wants to destroy this social and economic model, to that end it has affected the country’s economy, and the persecution, sanctions and threats do not cease.

In the last few months, the campaign to poison the social networks with false reports on the internal Cuban situation, which they portray as exposed to repression, has intensified.

At this time, the so-called independent media, politically and financially sponsored by organizations with budgets obtained in the United States, are trying to present a society on the verge of anti-government insurrection.

The rioters of an alleged movement amplified only in the networks because it lacks the proper basis in Cuba, receive an unreasonable prominence and a label of champions.

According to the alternative media, not the correct name by the way, since they respond to a precise pattern, Cuban society is in chaos, stimulated by the excesses of power and material deprivation.

Therefore, defending the truth about Cuba, as was done in the recent solidarity meeting or analyzed by the signatories of a document to demand the end of the blockade, constitutes an act of justice to bring a voice of transparency in the midst of a thick smokescreen.
