Havana, May 31 (RHC)-- Cuban singer-songwriter Lidis Lamorú is working on a new musical production, to be released shortly under Bis Music label. Entitled ‘Luz y corazón’ (Light and Heart), this latest album by the renowned author of children’s songs is also dedicated to Cuban families, especially children.

Lidis said this will be a different album, characterized by a wide variety of instruments, Cuban and other Latin genres, notably trova, folklore and guanguancó.

She is the author of 11 out of the 12 tracks included in this new production. The title track ‘Luz y corazón’ is co-authored by her and Yoel Martin Montero.

Guest artists include a regular in her presentations and musical productions --Coro Diminuto children’s choir-- and piano virtuoso Frank Fernández.
