Exhibition dedicated to Cuba
Beijing, Feb. 21 (RHC)-- An exhibition of children’s drawings was inaugurated in Beijing, China, as tribute to Cuba, highlighting its rich culture, nature and history. It comprises more than 30 works by children between the ages of 4 and 12 linked to the NGO Whiteless Arts Studio, headquartered in Beijing.
The initiative is part of a project promoted by the NGO, and which includes also the publication of several articles about Cuba and contacts with Russian tourists, who have visited the Caribbean island state, to speak about their experiences.
Chinese kids pay tribute to Cuba
The kids made the drawings, inspired by photos and information about life in Cuba and distinctive elements of Cuban identity. The initiative seeks to promote exchanges among the new generations, encourage them to enrich their knowledge of the history and culture of the two nations, which have enjoyed 61 years of fruitful, mutually beneficial relations.
