The 12th Pinar Hip Hop Festival will be held in the western city of Pinar del Río from September 5th through 7th to mark another anniversary of the city’s establishment.

Organized by the Hermanos Saíz Young Artists Association, ASH, the festival is set to open with an exhibition by young artist, Adrián Socorro.Other presentations and concerts will be given in Viñales, where hip hop bands, such as La guerrilla, El adversario and Brebajen Man will perform at the Polo Montañez Square. Other bands include Ronny Chicho, Calle Oculta, Los Guajiros, Aliesky Rojas, Los Muchachitos, El Bamba, Causa Justa, MC Traker, 2 Veces Yo and La Compinchera. The festival includes a theoretical event in which participants will debate on hip hop culture in the western province of Pinar del Rio and in the island in general.
