Cuban Paralympic delegation parades in Tokyo Paralympics

Havana, August 26 (RHC)-- Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez greeted the Cuban delegation attending the 16th Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.

"A big embrace for our dear delegation at the #ParalympicGames.  We are very proud of you and we will be accompanying you in every competition. #Let'sDoItForCuba," the president wrote on his account on the social network Twitter.

Díaz-Canel also posted the photograph of the parade of our delegation during the opening ceremony of the event, held on Tuesday, August 24 at the Olympic Stadium in Tokyo.

Cuba attends the Paralympic celebration with 16 athletes, led by five-time sprint champion Omara Durand Elías.
