Nikola Jokic
Havana, June 13 (RHC)-- Led by a spectacular Nikola Jokic, the Denver Nuggets conquered the first ring of their history in the professional basketball league in the United States (NBA).
Jokic, along with Canadian point guard Jamal Murray, led the Colorado team to the championship final against the Miami Heat, who lost in the fifth game on Monday, 94-89.
Once again the Serbian center shined, with 28 points, 16 rebounds and four assists, and also deserved the MVP trophy of the final.
Jokic was also the first in NBA history to be the best scorer (151 points), rebounder (70) and leader in assists (36) in the Finals.
