Havana, March 6 (PL).- Paris Saint Germain (PSG) completed its advance to the quarterfinals in the European Champions League by defeating Real Sociedad 2-1 for a 4-1 aggregate.
PSG won the first leg 2-0 in the French capital and on Tuesday, with two goals from Kylian Mbappé, sealed the tie.
This victory places the team coached by Spanish tactician Luis Enrique among the eight best teams in the competition, while this Friday they will know their opponent in the next round, when the draw is made.
On Tuesday, Bayern Munich came from behind to beat Lazio 3-1 on aggregate to advance to the quarterfinals, thanks to two goals from England striker Harry Kane and another from Tomas Muller.
After losing the first leg 1-0 in Italy, the Germans managed to turn the tie around at home, which keeps them as one of the favorites to win the Cup.
