Havana, April 8 (RHC) - Cuban Robertlandy Simón continues to shine in the Italian volleyball league, the best in the world. On the most recent day, he led Piacenza to a 5-set win over Verona in a match for the dispute for fifth place.
Simón scored 18 points, with 5 blocks and a 100 percent effectiveness on the attack, for which he deserved the distinction of Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match.
