Caracas, March 23 (RHC)-- The Conference for Peace took place in the Venezuelan state of Zulia on Saturday, in a location seen as favorable for dialogue between the sectors of the society participating in The National Plan for Peaceful Co-existence.
Zulia is included with the states of Carabobo, Anzoategui and Tachira as desirable locations to advance security in Venezuelan cities and counter the violence generated by groups from the extreme right.
The program included the input of members of the political movements that work with the government against the right wing opposition, as well as representatives of the organizing committee, the church, social workers and security agencies.
