Washington, June 15 (RHC)-- White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders says she will step down at the end of June after nearly two years on the job.  As President Trump’s spokesperson, Sanders defended the administration’s most notorious policies, including the Muslim travel ban, family separations and the mistreatment of migrants in U.S. custody.

According to political observers, as the White House spokesperson, Sarah Sanders repeatedly lied about basic facts, falsely claiming that President Donald Trump never promoted violence at his rallies, denying knowledge about hush-money payments Trump paid to former adult film star Stormy Daniels, and making false claims about African-American employment under Trump.

Sanders hasn’t held a press conference in 95 days; a photo tweeted by CNN’s Maegan Vazquez a month ago showed dust gathering on the lectern in the White House briefing room.
