Rome, July 16 (RHC)-- Italy's health minister Roberto Speranza said the country will continue enforcing some restrictive measures at least until the end of this month.

"We must not retreat one inch on prevention," Speranza said.  The minister also said that authorities are keeping a watchful eye on all arrivals from abroad, including migrants landing on Italy's shores.

The country will maintain a mandatory quarantine period of 14 days for everybody arriving from outside the EU, Speranza said.
