Gaza City, August 30 (RHC)-- The Israeli army has targeted two sites in the occupied Gaza Strip on Sunday morning without causing casualties, although it did cause material damage, according to Palestinian media reports.

According to a report by the Palestine News Agency (WAFA), Israeli artillery, stationed near the Israeli perimeter fence northeast of the city of Khan Younis, south of the Strip, fired several shells at a point east of the city.

As a result, that location was destroyed and caused damage to nearby facilities, but no human injuries.

Similarly, a site east of the city of Deir al-Balah, in the center of the Gaza Strip, was the subject of a two-missile attack by the Israeli armed forces with only material damage.  The Israeli armed forces are carrying out attacks against the Palestinian coastal enclave for the third consecutive week.
