Argentinean president departs Mexico at the end of official visit
Mexico City, February 25 (RHC)-- The president of Argentina, Alberto Fernandez, left Mexico late Wednesday night after completing a three-day official visit at the invitation of his Mexican counterpart, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.
Fernandez and his entourage left Mexico City for the Argentinean capital Buenos Aires at approximately 23:00 local time, informed sources of the Argentinean presidency.
The last activity of the Argentinean and Mexican presidents took place at noon on Wednesday during the 200th anniversary of Mexican independence with the commemoration of the Plan of Iguala. The presidents called for Latin American unity in these difficult times.
Alberto Fernandez emphasized respect for Latin American diversity and said that hopefully in Iguala a new plan for all America will be born.
