Caracas, December 19 (RHC)-- The Venezuelan airline Conviasa rejected this Sunday an alleged bad condition of one of its units, after information of a plane that was presumed to belong to the company was disseminated on social networks.

On its Twitter account, the airline clarified that Conviasa does not have a Boeing 737-300 as shown in the photograph published in social networks.  Also the airline's flight attendants wear gray not red and in Peru the company cannot stock up, since it does not have authorizations in that country.

The airline considers that the news is false and the social netwards are dedicated to misinformation.  The company said that workers of Conviasa confirmed that the airlines does not have this type of aircraft in its fleet.

Previously, information was published on the social networks questioning the lack of maintenance of a Conviasa airplane on a flight from Caracas to Chile, which had to make a stop in Peru.  Venezuelan officials point out that this is not the first time that Venezuela's flagship airline has been the victim of these disinformation attacks regarding its work.
