Caracas, January 1 (RHC)-- The president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, made an account of his government's achievements during the year 2022 and the actions to assist the people of Las Tejerías, affected by an avalanche caused by heavy rains, in an interview with writer and journalist Ignacio Ramonet.

The Venezuelan president also addressed the prospects for the year ahead on issues such as domestic policy, the economy and international politics.

This Sunday, January 1, the interview with President Maduro is being broadcast on teleSUR at 8:00 p.m. local time.

Through a message published in the social network Facebook, Ignacio Ramonet indicated that the interview took place on the stage of the Teresa Carreño Theater.
