Protesters gather outside the White House, with many fearing for their safety and security
Washington, November 3 (RHC)-- A climate of intolerance to dissent over the Israel-Hamas war has led many in the United States to worry about the consequences of making public any pro-Palestinian sentiment.
According to media reports, students wear masks at protests, worried that they will not be able to get a job once they graduate.
The fears haven’t come out of nowhere; in several high-profile cases, people have lost their jobs for speaking out in support of Palestine and against Israel’s bombing of Gaza.
