Caracas, December 5 (RHC)-- Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro urged this Wednesday to continue building a communication and cultural system for society, which confronts the hegemonisms that seek world domination.

When participating in the working meeting with the National Electoral Commission for the Election of Justices of the Peace on December 15th, the head of State stressed that this system must become a virtuous, new and perfect circuit, which goes “from the streets to the networks, from the networks to the media, to the walls and to the radio station.”

“Our circuit, our creation, of reflection, of action, of the permanent battle that we wage,” the president stressed.  He denounced that the hegemonic networks are in the power of the extreme right, which seeks to destroy families and acquire world domination.

“Those are the owners of social networks today,” he warned and insisted that “they did not count on our cunning and they have found a brave people who will win the battle on social networks, from the neighborhood, from the house, from the street, from the corner; from the streets to the networks, from the networks to the media and from the media to the walls.”

The president insisted on the need to go to local and community radio and to national, local and international television stations.  He also stressed the importance of filling the walls with fragments of the history, dreams and hopes of Venezuelans, and highlighted the power of the popular voice as a secret weapon.

“Venezuela's secret weapon is the radiobemba. Nobody can do anything against us. When a spokesperson from a communal council comes to defend the community, in a neighborhood, a bakery, an arepera, a small grocery store, the atmosphere lights up and the radiobemba can do everything,” he stressed.  And he noted that the Venezuelan people can win the ideological, cultural and communications battle.

“The battle of the peoples of the world to exist without fearing anyone in the world, without copying anyone in the world.  As Simon Rodriguez said: “Either we invent or we fail” and we are inventing our own model,” he said.

On the occasion of the elections on December 15, the Venezuelan leader urged to redouble efforts for motivation, dissemination and dissemination.   “A part of the process to comply with the order of the Organic Law of Justices of the Peace has already been done, and the first stage has already been covered, which was to call the electoral process on December 15,” he stressed.
