Riyadh, May 29 (Euronews) –- In other news, Islamic State militants have claimed responsibility for a bombing that killed four people at a Shi’ite Mosque in Saudi Arabia, the second attack claimed by the Sunni extremist group in a week.
Authorities say a car exploded outside the al-Anoud mosque during Friday prayers, while witnesses reported seeing a bomber disguised as a woman who blew himself up in the parking lot after being denied entry. The attack took place in the eastern city of Dammam, a week after a suicide bombing in the nearby city of Qatif that left 21 people dead.
