Denver, August 10 (RHC)-- In news from Colorado, a jury has sentenced James Holmes to life without parole for the 2012 Aurora movie theater massacre, which killed 12 people and wounded 70 more.
Prosecutors had sought the death penalty, but jurors did not unanimously agree. Holmes had pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
