Washington, October 16 (RHC)-- U.S. President Barack Obama has told Congress he will send approximately 300 U.S. troops to Cameroon to help fight extremist groups such as Boko Haram. Ninety of these troops have reportedly already been deployed.
This comes about a month after Boko Haram militants killed about 30 people in an attack on a market and an infirmary in northern Cameroon last month.
