Caracas, Feb 24 (RHC) Venezuelan authorities investigate the sabotage of an electric grid in Caracas, following denounces by Electric Energy Minister Luis Motta.
Minister Motta has announced that he will broadcast on TV images of the bullets shot at a generator, the source of an explosion and the subsequent fire at the facilities.
